Vijay Sethupathi's '96' brings back veteran comedy legend

C. Premkumar is not only the cinematographer of Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kanom` but the very story is based on his life. Now he makes his directorial debut with 96` starring Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha in the lead. The first look poster that released a few days ago has been lauded by one and all for its high aesthetic value.

96` is a love story that spans a period of 9 decades with Vijay Sethupathi donning the getup of a nonagenarian in the climax. The hot news is that veteran comedy legend Janagaraj has been roped in to play an important role in the film and the first stills of him with VJS has been released. Kaali Venkat and Aadukalam Murugadoss are also in the cast.
