Movie lovers got a huge shock when they woke up and found that NTR landed in a property dispute.

Young Tiger , Junior NTR, has taken legal action by filing a petition in the Telangana High Court related to a contentious land dispute in the prestigious Jubilee Hills area. The focal point of this disagreement is a piece of land that was initially purchased from Geethalakshmi.

In 2003, Junior NTR acquired the land from Geethalakshmi, unaware of the fact that she had obtained multiple loans using the same property as collateral since 1996. It came to light that Geethalakshmi had managed to secure loans from three or four different banks using fabricated documents. However, during the sale, she concealed this critical information from Junior NTR.

Diving further into the issue, it was discovered that Geethalakshmi had managed to secure loans from a total of five different financial institutions using the same set of paperwork. She had intentionally misled Junior NTR by informing him about only one bank providing a mortgage loan. Once Junior NTR received the documents, he proactively settled the loan from a bank in Chennai, establishing his rightful ownership of the property since 2003.

However, the dispute with the other bank managers persisted, with their attempts to seize the property. Junior NTR promptly reported the bank managers' actions to the police. Subsequently, a charge sheet was submitted by the police in 2019, and more recently, Junior NTR became the subject of a Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) order.

Taking advantage of the DRT order, Junior NTR has now filed a petition with the Telangana High Court, seeking resolution and justice. The court, as part of the legal proceedings, has instructed Junior NTR to submit the DRT docket order by June 3, furthering the progress towards a resolution in the Jubilee Hills land dispute.
