A Perfect gift for Honeymoon

Dhoom 2, Apna Sapna Money Money and Bhagam Bhag lessened Pritam's credibility as a composer-to-watch-out-for after the splendid work of Gangster and Woh Lamhe. But listen to the soundtrack of Just Married and you can do an encore.Pritam is back..with the Best work of his career! And he must thank Gulzar sahib for writing spellbinding lyrics consistently throughout the album. Ram Milaye Jodi and Baat Pakki shall rule the masses Big Time while Gudgudee, Doha and Jagte raho shall make you glide towards pressing that rewind button again and again. Except for a tepid Baat Pakki Remix every song in this album is Truly Special. Sure Shot Buy!

Funky-yet-traditional rhythm designing, joyous-n-festive spirit, a catchy hook-line, sugar-n-honey lyrics and an ensemble of fantastic singing voices: Ram Milaye Jodi is a winner at the altar. Guitar strumming, earthen dholak and tabla beats coupled with chorus singers (like the tadka in Daal Makhni) adds loads of spice to Sukhwinder Singh's varied shades of exhilaration. Sunidhi Chauhan holds her own while Shaan is overshadowed by Sukhwinder's brilliance. Also check out the trendy flute piece in the middle. This one reminds you of Sooraj Barjatya brand of Shaadi numbers. Lasting fare for sure.

Ram Milaye Jodi (Remix) is rightly Sukhwinder Singh's baby all the way. The kick-bass rhythm progression is romped over by Singh's enticing vocals. It's fine for the dance floors. Even those parents who don't like their kids shaking a leg to raunchy numbers would surely approve of this fun number. Enjoy.with a big smile.

Ram Milaye Jodi (Sad) is an unplugged version where Sukhwnder's heartrending voice shimmers on keyboard generated spatial sounds. It's a plaintive cry reeking of separation. Short-n-effective number!

Sunidhi Chauhan may be known for her high pitched blasting numbers, but whenever she descends in lower scale, the results are magnificent. That's exactly what happens with Gudgudee. Here the term gudgudee is a masterstroke on the part of a master like Gulzar. For you seldom find a simple term given such beautifully connotative meanings.

Jab bhi zara tum ne chuha zindagi halki si gudgudee kar gayee, Chalki hui thi pehle se main thodi aur si hi bhar gai..gudgudee kar gayee..Acoustic guitar mingles with electric guitar while vignettes of tabla beats merges with the saxophone strains. Sunidhi's voice carries the longing of the first night, the moments of blissful anticipation of the sublime consummation. Her seductive scatting (alaap) in the middle is another attraction too. Gudgudee tickles your imagination and whets your appetite for listening it again and again.

1.2..check out.Jaan phasi saans atki hai do patan ki chakki.jiyan maran to laga rahega baat hamari pakki hai..Take a bow Gulzar sahib! Unusual similes, cute metaphors which are very close to life, aided by fantastically peppy music composition and energetic singing-n-rappin by Shaan and Neeraj respectively..Baat Pakki is a worth-cherishing-number. The music arrangements are an endearing mix of underground musical style with the regular dose of Punjabi theka. Somehow it reminds me of the trendy beats of Pritam's Pyaar Ke Side Effects. The reason why this number scores is Pritam's conscious effort not to over produce the track (something that was glaringly noticeable in Bhagam Bhag.Afreen being a case in point). Everything is perfect for entertainment in Baat Pakki..the rhythm designing, the tickling fillers and of course Shaan and Neeraj's singing. I am shaking my leg while writing this..I am sure you shall burn the floor in delight too..And also.de
