Is a long in the making woman centric film starring Sai Dhansika as a cop and Avishek Karthick as the male lead. The film is directed by Kalyaan who has 'Kathai Solla Porom' and the recently released 'Gulebakavali' starring Pradhu Deva and Hansika to his credit. Though this was the debut movie of the director due to the delay his second and third films hit the screens already.
'Kathadi' produced by Galaxy Pictures has Daniel Anne Pope, Mottai Rajendran, Kaali Venkat, John Vijay, Manobala, Jangiri Madhumitha and Sampath Raj in the cast. Music is by R Pawan and Deepak B, cinematography by Jemim Jon Ayyaneth and editing by Vijay Velukutty. The film releases on the 23rd of February 2018.
