Kamal expresses his views on Karunas controversy

Actor cum MLA Karunas is now in deep trouble after spewing words of indecency against the state’s CM, a higher official cop and also for inciting communal disharmony. Many have expressed their condemnation against Karunas for the same.

Not only the people but also leaders of several political parties also have voiced out against Karunas’s insensitive remarks. This is what Kamal Haasan of Makkal Needhi Maiam had to say: “I do not know what Karunas spoke. It’s time to forget about religions and castes. Not even in humor, one should speak of caste. He has apologized as well which is now a justice to what he did.”
