Kanye West reacts to fans starting a ‘Swiftie Emergency’ to stream Beyonce's new single "Texas Hold Em" just to keep him from debuting on the charts at No. 1 and «doing better» than Taylor Swift’s latest album.

One West fan pleaded with others to 'push' the stream of "Texas Hold Em" so he couldn't get to the top spot.

On February 13, West claimed over half of the top 10 spaces for Spotify's most-streamed songs in the U.S., with "Carnival" remaining at No. 1.

However, Billboard's charts may not reflect a strong debut for West's album. The album was supposed to drop on Friday, but it slowly rolled out on streaming services over Saturday, so it won't have a full tracking week, which does impact its opening numbers.

In his response to the Swifties, West claimed to have been more helpful than harmful to Taylor Swift's career. He jokingly said, "I am not your enemy; um, I'm not your friend either, though, LOL."

This follows controversy after West mentioned Swift in his song "Carnival" off the newly-released Vultures 1 album, a collaboration with Ty Dolla Sign. West's post has quickly gone viral.
