Karthikeya-2 becomes a reality after a long wait

'Karthikeya'(2014) will finally have a sequel.  Titled ‘Karthikeya 2’, the film will see Chandoo Mondeti wielding the megaphone.  Produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and Vivek Kuchibhotla, it was announced today on the eve of Nikhil Siddhartha's birthday.  

Speaking on the occasion, Chandoo Mondeti exuded confidence when he said that the sequel will live up to the high expectations.  He described the film's scenes and story as "intriguing".  

The makers haven't announced the names of the heroine and other characters.  The 'Premam' director's last film was 'Savyasachi', which didn't do well.  Hope 'Karthikeya-2' will be his comeback project.
