Actor Kartik Aryan is hoping from one film project to another in order to make up for the time lost during the pandemic. After wrapping up 'Freddy', the actor has now started working on his next film titled 'Shehzada'. The film was officially announced about two weeks ago. Recently Kartik took to Instagram and announced the commencement of the shooting schedule of this film.

He shared a pic from the sets of 'Shehzada' which featured him standing with his back to the camera in a white mansion holding a clapperboard of the film. The film will reunite the pair of Kartik Aryan and Kriti Sanon who were last seen together in the romcom 'Luka Chuppi'.

'Shehzada' is actually a remake of Allu Arjun starrer Telugu flick 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo'. The plot follows a young man who is scrutinized by his father for all his actions. Tale takes a turn when the protagonist comes to know that his real father is a very rich man. Actors Paresh Rawal and Manisha Koirala will play pivotal roles in this project.
