Veteran filmmaker Thankar Bachan is coming back to the big screens with his new film 'Karumegangal Kalaigindrana' soon. The upcoming film stars Bharathirajaa, Gautham Menon and Yogi Babu, Mamta Mohandas and Aditi Balan in important roles.

Karumegangal Kalaigindrana is based on a short story that Thankar Bachan wrote in 2003. This film got a clean 'U' certificate without a single cut. Now, the team has announced that Karumegangal Kalaigindrana is preparing for a wide theatrical release on September 1. Santhanam's "Kick" and Sarathkumar's "Paramporul" are releasing on the same date.

Produced by Durai Veerasakthi under the banner VAU Entertainment, GV Prakash Kumar will be scoring music for the emotional drama with DOP by NK Ekambaram and editing by Lenin. Karumegangal Kalaigindrana is an emotional tale of family, bonding, and relationships.
