As reported by us much earlier to you Anirudh the busiest music composer in Tamil cinema has boarded a new movie that has Kavin in the lead role. The as yet untitled film is produced by Romeo Pictures and marks the directorial debut of dance choreographer turned actor Sathish Krishnan.

The pooja of the movie was held in Chennai today and pics from the event have gone viral. Director Mysskin and Red Giant Movies head Shenbaghamoorthy were the chief guests. Popular television and film actress Preeti Asrani is playing the female lead. Preeti who is familiar to Tamil audiences after lead role in the serial 'Minnale' recently stunned fans with her towering performance in Sasikumar's 'Ayothi' directed by R. Manthira Murthy.

Kavin gushed on Instagram "Words fall short to express the overwhelming gratitude I feel right now. I've always had dreams, big and small, that I wondered if they would ever come true. And one of those dreams was to have the incredible Anirudh sir sing for one of my movies. Now, to find out that he's going to be the music director for my film is beyond belief. It's like my entire life's wish has been fulfilled.

The 'Bigg Boss 3' star added "Walking into this studio for the first time, knowing it's for our film, feels surreal. The journey that led me to this career path, and the countless opportunities that have come my way, it all feels like destiny. I owe a heartfelt thank you to @dancersatz and @mynameisraahul for making this happen today. But my gratitude extends to everyone who has been a part of my career journey. Each and every person who believed in me, supported me, and gave me the chance to pursue my dreams, I am forever indebted to you. Anirudh is currently composing for Rajini's 'Jailer' and 'Thalaivar 170', Kamal Haasan's 'Indian 2', Thalapathy Vijay's 'Leo', Ajith Kumar's 'Vidaamuyarchi' and Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jawan' . Kavin is also reportedly starring in a new movie to be directed by Elan of 'Pyaar Prema Kadhal'.
