After the Ram-starrer was declared a hit, it was widely rumoured that she was under consideration for the female lead's role in the Mahesh Babu-AR Murugadoss Telugu-Tamil bi-lingual. Aside from this big-ticket film, it was said, she will be cast in Ram Charan-Surendar Reddy's film.
However, it turned out that Keerthy ended up not being cast in either.
On the other hand, the Malayalam actress is likely to be cast opposite Siddharth in a film to be directed by Praveen Sattaru of the recent Guntur Talkies fame. In Kollywood, Keerthy has been on a signing spree. She awaits the release of Dhanush's Thodari there.
