One of the biggest hits of the year in South Indian cinema is 'KGF' starring Yash and directed by Prashanth Neel.  The action film with a strong social message of oppression has appealed to all types of audiences.

The same team has reunited for the sequel 'KGF: Chapter 2' which is being shot on huge sets erected at the Cyanide Hills in the Kolar Gold Fields area.  One Srinivasa a resident had filed a case in the Kolar court that the movie sets are causing environmental damage to the are.  On hearing the case the Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) court in Kolar Gold Fields has passed an interim order to stop the shooting.

'KGF: Chapter 2' slated for release in 2021 has Sanjay Dutt playing a powerful Thanos like role called Adheera.
