'Khakee', the cop drama set to hit the screens on Nov 17, is now bracing for "aggressive pre-release promotions". Buoyed by the response to the teaser, trailer and the songs, the makers want to make sure that the buzz is constantly on.

Also starring Rakul Preet Singh, the film is based on a series of real-life incidents that happened between 1995-2005. If the trailer is any indication, punch lines galore in this cop drama. As per Karthi, even the romantic lines between the characters of Karthi and Rakul Preet Singh will be a high point in director H Vinoth's career. Music is by Ghibran.
