Pawan Kalyan has described KK's passing away as painful. In his statement issued via Jana Sena Party, the actor-politician mentioned four songs that KK sang for his movies.

The biggest of their hits remains 'Ye Mera Jahaan' from 'Kushi'. Back in the early 2000s, the song became a youth anthem. Other filmmakers tried to ape its vibes but nobody could have done it as better. 'Inthe Inthinthe' from 'Balu' and 'Neelo Nenunta Sagamai' from 'Johnny', respectively composed by Mani Sharma and Ramana Gogula were also sung by the late playback singer.

Then came the jaunty 'Le Le Le Le' from 'Gudumba Shankar', which once again was Mani Sharma's composition. The last one is from 'My Heart Is Beating' from 'Jalsa', which was a classic Devi Sri Prasad composition.

By making a mention of the chartbusters, Power Star has paid a rich tribute to KK.

Pawan wrote, "Shockingly, he died just after he completed a musical concert. He was singing till his last breath. I offer my deep condolences to the bereaved family members of KK. Only God may endow psychological courage to the family."
