Kollywood Manmadhan celebrates his birthday with Hansika

It is well known that Young Super Star Silambarasan has rejuvenated his friendship with Nayanthara, his onetime real life lover, by acting with her in another movie after a gap of 7 years. The film is tentatively titled as Idhu Namma Aalu and it is being directed by Pandiraj

Simbu rejoining with Nayanthara in the professional front has paved way to rumors that his present relationship with Hansika has come to an end. However the young star, in his own unique style, rubbished the rumors by celebrating his birthday with Hanksika and the couple proved to the world that they are ready for a committed relationship. Today is the 31st birthday of Young Super Star Silambarasan. The young hero known as a multi talented star, stepped into the film industry at the age of 4. He starred as child artiste in many of the films directed by his father T.Rajendar, another multi talented celebrity in the Tamil film circuit.

After shaking legs in item numbers in two of his father’s film, he debuted as a the lead hero with the film Kadhal Azhivadhillai, again directed by his father that released in 2002. Despite of the film’s below average performance, Simbu got the acceptance of fans as a hero and he went on to star in films made by outside banners. The commercial success of Dum, his second film as a hero, provided him the necessary break to establish himself as a commercially viable actor.

After a few more hits and misses, Simbu proved his expertise in script writing at the age of 21, with the film Manmadhan that released in 2004. He also starred in the film as a hero with negative shades. The film proved to be a commercial super hit and Simbu scripted and directed another film Vallavan, that released in 2006. The film was an average grosser and after that Simbu has started concentrating fully on acting.

His role as a pious lover boy in the film Vinnaithandi Varuvaya directed by Gautham menon released in 2010 and turned out to be one of the most memorable romantic flicks to have released in Tamil cinema. His role named ‘Karthik’ is remembered as one of the best in his career.

Known as an outspoken person, Simbu openly announced his love towards his Vallavan co-star Nayanthara during the shoot of the film. However the relationship did not last long. Now he has found a new companion in Hansika, the bubbly actress who is paired up with him in his upcoming films Vaalu and Vettai Mannan.
