'Kumki 2' shares a sweet connection with MGR's 'Idhayakkani'!

Here’s the latest scoop on ‘Kumki 2’ which is being directed by Prabhu Solomon. It shares a connection with MGR’s popular hit ‘Idhayakkani’! Prabhu Solomon made the first part in 2012 and this second edition of ‘Kumki’ is coming after 6 long years.

Currently the team is filming in the famous Sivanasamudra falls near Mysore. And guess what, the last time filming happened was for MGR’s ‘Idhayakkani’ only! Isn’t that a sweet connection between the two films!

Mathi is essaying the lead role in this film while the ensemble cast also includes Harish Peradi, Suzanne, RJ Balaji, Baby Manasvi and others. Unnikrishnan is the name of the elephant that will be starring in this film.
