As we all know, the Lyca Productions is currently producing '2.0' with Superstar Rajinikanth and a new film with G.V.Prakash in lead roles.

There were news reports stating that the mammoth production house will be producing a film directed by Suseenthiran with Jayam Ravi in lead role and has also taken over the production of Gautham Menon's 'Achcham Yenbathu Madamiyada' with Silambarasan and will be distributing director Bala's 'Thara Thappattai'.

However Lyca has clarified that they are not producing Suseenthiran film and not planning to take up 'AYM' and 'Tharai Thappattai'.

The production house also confirmed that they have acquired the release rights of 'Visaranai' directed by Vetrimaran and produced by him along with Dhanush. They are planning to release the film by the end of January 2015.
