The die-hard Simbu loyalists are eagerly awaiting for updates on his comeback film 'Maanaadu' and the sweet news for them has been delivered officially by none other than music director Yuvan Shankar Raja. He has posted a pic alongwith director Venkat Prabhu and has written just three words that erupt positivity "Maanaadu Venkat Prabhu 2020". Apparently the cousins have sat down for the song composing signaling the official start of the work for the long-delayed film.

'Maanaadu' produced by Suresh Kamachi was announced in June 2018 but could not move forward and was almost dropped a few months back. But now things have been sorted out between the producer and Simbu and its back on track. It has already been revealed that the cast and crew details will be announced during Pongal.
