Mahesh Babu, only Telugu superstar to support #BlackOutTuesday

Mahesh Babu on Tuesday became the only Tollywood superstar to express solidarity with the 'Black Lives Matter' protests in the US. By putting out a black square and using the hashtag #BlackOutTuesday, the 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' star also became one of the few south Indian stars to support the sentiments of the Blacks in America.
Karan Johar, Vicky Kaushal, Sara Ali Khan and a host of other Bollywood celebs, too, have done it. A few, like Kiara Advani, have come out in support of the protests by putting out solemn posts.
Mahesh, who generally stays away from political issues, made an exception for this issue.
On the work front, 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' is his next movie. To be directed by Parasuram, its title poster was launched recently.
