Mammootty's next tentatively titled 'Kasaba'

Mammootty's next has tentatively been titled 'Kasaba'. The movie is being directed by Nithin Renji Panikar. Mammootty plays a Circle Inspector named Rajan Zachariah in the movie. The movie will be an action thriller with some elements of comedy.

The title of the movie might change with the completion of the movie. This will be a very unusual police movie. Mammootty's role in it will also be something very different from his usual police roles. Renji Panikar and Anto Joseph is producing the movie.
