Mansoor Ali Khan arrested in midnight

Senior actor Mansoor Ali Khan has been arrested last night in Salem. The police arrested him for allegedly inciting violence through speech.

Mansoor Ali Khan visited Salem district and visited a few lakes over there. While addressing media persons the 'Captain Prabhakaran' actor allegedly spoke against the Tamil Nadu Government's plan to lay eight lane express highway between Salem and Chennai. The project is being opposed by a few groups and environmental activists in Salem.

The actor was arrested a few months back on similar charges and was later released on bail. Now he has been arrested again on charges of defamatory and violence inciting speech.
