Laxman Kumar who has proved his worth as a Cinematographer in films like 'Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu' and 'Santosh Subramanian' makes his directorial debut with `Masala Padam'.
This film follows a new genre and it film about the effects of movie reviews being written and shared like haywire in Social media. Produced by Vijay Raghavendra of All in Pictures, the film has Bobby Simha, Mirchi Siva and newcomer Gaurav in lead roles. Bobby Simha playing a movie fan from the C class, Mirchi Shiva from B class and Gaurav from A class. Shiva, and Lakshmi Devi act in other important roles.
Karthick Acharya has scored the music while the director Laxman himself has handled the cinematography.
The film is scheduled to hit the screens on October 9, 2015.
