On Saturday, actor Kalidas Jayaram shared a picture with Vijay on his social media handles.
Sharing the picture, Kalidas wrote, "Just when you thought things couldn't get any better ❤️ #master meets #student Thank you Vijay sir for taking the time and effort , means a lot ❤️??". Wearing a mundu and shirt, Kalidas is seen in all smiles standing close to Thalapathy Vijay as they together pose for a lovely picture.

Kalidas is a self-proclaimed fan of Thalapathy and has even mimicked Vijay in a couple of shows.

Kalidas Jayaram’s stunning performance in the recent anthology Paava Kadhaigal grabbed attention from the fans and critics alike. Kalidas is looking forward to two Malayalam film releases - 'Jack And Jill', a thriller directed by Santosh Sivan, which also stars Manju Warrier, and 'Backpackers', which is directed by veteran filmmaker Jayaraj.

Meanwhile, Thalapathy Vijay will be next seen in Master, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The film will hit the big screens on January 13. Vijay Sethupathi will play the antagonist along with Malavika Mohanan as the leading lady, while Shanthnu Bhagyaraj, Andrea Jeremiah, Arjun Das, Gauri Kishan playing crucial roles.
