Mega Hit 'Brahma'

Real star cum super star Upendra is writing history from his film ‘Brahma’. It is Rs.10 crores collection in just 3 days from 275 theatres of Karnataka.

None of the previous films in Kannada of any star collected such a tremendous gross amount. According to director R Chandru the film ‘Brahma’ has made stupendous collection of Rs.3.65 on first day, it was Rs.2.50 crore on the second and third day Sunday it went up to Rs.3.70 crores.

Director Chandru before the release said the film is safe as all the areas have been sold, there is whopping prize for TV rights and the remake rights for more than three languages is giving very bright prospects for producer Manjunath Babu.

On knowing the first day collection producer Manjunath Babu presented a brand new Innova Car for director R Chandru in appreciation.

The fact of the matter is that super star Upendra wanted a hit film. For Shivarajakumar from ‘Bhajarangi’, for Ganesh from ‘Shravani Subramanya’ brought cheer in the box office. It was badly required for the two.

The present trend of collection goes on Upendra film ‘Brahma’ becomes unconquerable by another star of Kannada cinema industry.
