A humble producer MG Ramamurthy the most crucial producer in the career of challenging star Darshan as Majestic` was the first box office winner has quietly signed a film with co producer Bhojaraja Rai.

On the occasion of happy birthday of challenging star Darshan on February 16, MG Ramamurthy and Rai are first to wish and announced D` Company with caption Deadly and Dangerous`.

Power of Mass challenging star Darshan is going to take up this film after his 50th film Sarvantharyami` in his younger brother Dinakar Toogudeepa direction.

The banner of MGR and Rai is Majestic Films. MGR and Rai jointly made Gange Baare Tunge Baare` that crashed miserably in the box office in Sadhu Kokila direction starring Prajwal Devaraj.
