'Mirzya' shot in three royal locations! FIND OUT

By now we can easily figure out that 'Mirzya' is shot in the beautiful locations of Rajasthan by looking at the trailer itself. The movie has been extensively shot in the three top notch palaces of Udaipur that is Shiv Niwas Palace, Jag Mandir Palace, Shikharbadi Palace. All the three palaces are top notch hotels of Udaipur. And the palaces will also be seen in the song of 'Mirzya'.

Shiv Niwas palace is a beautiful palace that was built in early 20th century during the reign of Maharana Fateh Singh and today it has been immaculately preserved for guests. It is one of the most beautiful and expensive palaces of Udaipur.

Jagat Mandir is a beautiful island palace built on Lake Pichola. It is famously known as 'Lake Garden Palace'. Jagat Mandir Palace is a 15th century old palace and is named after Maharana Jagat Singh.The only entry to this picturesque palace is through a boat from jetty. Even 1983 James Bond film Octopussy` had been shot in this beautiful Palace.

Shikharbadi Palace was once the resort of the royal family of Mewar. It is amongst one of the most beautiful palaces in Udaipur. The palace offers breathtaking views of Aravalli Hills and wild life animals like spotted deer, Neelgai, wild boar, peacocks, and the migratory birds that make their way to the waterfront of a nearby lake.

Rakeysh Mehra`s 'Mirzya' is surely going to be a visual treat as the movie has been shot in these stunningly expensive places extensively. The team of Mirzya undertook intense recce by visiting over 50 Palaces before finalising these palaces.

'Mirzya' is an epic love story that is set in Rajasthan and is inspired by the folk tale of the legend of Mirza-Sahiban`. Starring Harshvardhan Kapoor and Saiyami Kher, 'Mirzya' is scheduled for a grand release on October 7, 2016.
