In a shocking incident that is being reported, a serial molester has been caught on camera forcefully kissing a woman who is on her way back home from a railway station in Mumbai's Matunga.

The stalker is reportedly a repeat offender who has been caught on CCTV multiple times attempting to sexually harass women. In the video that was captured on January 25, he is seen kissing and touching the woman inappropriately and running away soon after, leaving the victim shocked and confused. The man was later identified and arrested in a separate theft case.

However, he has not been charged with molestation yet, as the female victims have not come forward to register a formal complaint. The accused is currently out on bail in the theft case.
