Vijay Antony established himself as one of the trendsetting music directors of Kollywood but when he turned hero few would have bet on him becoming successful. But the Nakka Mukka` creator proved his detractors wrong by giving back to back hits as hero and a producer.

Vijay Antony turns film editor for his next film Anna Durai` directed by debutante Srinivasan in which he plays dual roles as a teacher and a drunkard. About his new role as editor Vijay has said that he had nursed the desire for a long time and since he already has edited sound for music it was quite easy to do the same for visuals. The film produced by Radhika Sarathkumar has been titled Indrasena` for its Telugu version.
