Vishal and Prasanna are reuniting as the Indian versions of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson in 'Thupparivaalan 2' the sequel to the super hit 2017 film. Director Mysskin has this time set his story in the very locales where Sir Arthur Conon Doyle set his while writing the world-famous detective novels.

The latest development in 'Thupparivaalan 2' is that Mysskin himself is playing a pivotal role in the film and stills that have found their way to the internet shows him a bright blue suit and tie and directing a scene with English child actors. The film has Lovely Singh as the heroine while Rahman and Gautami are playing other important roles. Music is by Ilayaraja, cinematography by Nirav Shah and production is by Vishal Film Factory.
