A few hours back it was announced that the Nadigar Sangam General Body Meeting scheduled to take place tomorrow (November 27) cannot be conducted in Loyola College premises as planned.

Now Vishal the General Secretary of Nadigar Sangam has announced in a Press meet that General Body Meeting will be conducted in the Nadigar Sangam building in Habibullah Road, T.Nagar with Police protection. He also said that the venue had to be changed due to security reasons.

President Nasser and General Secretary Vishal and their team took over the administration of the Sangam after winning the elections held in October 2015. Since then they have been actively involved in various measures.

The office bearers has been making grand arrangements for the November 27 General Body meeting. The gathering will also include a special event to mark the commencement of centenary year of Tamil cinema and the centenary of Makkal Thilagam MGR.

All the members with valid identity card were urged to take part in this grand event without fail. Now this denial of Police permission has cast a shadow of doubt on whether the meeting would be conducted as per the plan.

Ex-president R.Sarathkumar and Ex-General Secretary Radharavi has been denied permission to attend the meeting. The Nadigar Sangam Office bearers have sought Police protection for the meeting.
