The brilliance of Ramesh Aravind has surfaced once again and this time he jumps in to the health problem of the society especially the heart related disease among children and he seems to be hell bent on 'Health for All' even from the wrong steps for the rights things. The using of underworld don to meet the ends of treating 22 children of heart problems is a signal to all wrong route fellows to utilize the money for good purposes.

Ramesh Aravind in his fifth direction - Rama Shama Bhama, Satyavan Savithri, Accident and Venkata in Sankata has shown the same grit and determination in putting across the things but the new addition is social concern in this film 'Nam Anna Don'. His forte comedy is not missing and the children with the body of 'Anna Don' the lost it for a while and then again doing good justice to protagonist is a well derived screenplay.

Admission that the film climax is reaching to 'Aptha Mithra' and 'Guri' Kannada cinema shows how smart Ramesh Aravind is in his profession approach.

In an inconvenient situation Dr Arjun has to keep the dead `Anna Don' because his brother Muthu Malangi (Raju Thalikote) is not aware 'Anna Don' is dead and he is hoping for speedy recovery. Keeping the body in ICU is a problem for doctor and he has to shift it to ice bar. That is a difficult task when Muthu post his assistant at the ICU door. Problems surmounting for Dr Arjun and colleagues in the hospital but the happy news is that the assistant of Dr Arjun tells Muthu that there is trouble from hospital boss Malpani for the doctor. That takes a good social work for the doctor as Malpani is kidnapped by Muthu and he gets what Dr Arjun wants.

The 20 plus children to support Dr Arjun in their own way shift the body of 'Anna Don' leads to more funny situations. On the other hand the similar look of a mad beggar to Anna Don brings relief to Dr Arjun.

There are more twists and turns. The body of Anna Don is missing, Muthu is told his brother Anna Don is targeting him to kill him the fury of Muthu is now on his brother Anna Don in the custody of Dr Arjun. Actually the body of Anna Don is missing because of children tantrums and the beggar look like Anna Don posted at ICU bed begs for his life literally.

Now in the climax the 'Aptha Mithra' climax is supposed to happen. How the director handles the situation is once again interesting content to watch.

As actor and director Ramesh Aravind steals the show. In various 'Rasas' of acting he is 'Padarasa' in this 'Nam Anna Don'. Mona Parvaresh has good beginning. Sanathini, Layendra, Umesh, Rajendra Karanth, Raju Thalikote have come out well.

Jumbalaka Jumbala...group song and Jeevave...are well tuned by first time music director Mathew Manu and is also in an interesting role in 'Nam Ann Don'. Krishnakumar in the camera has no flaws. The dialogues by Ramesh Aravind and Chandrasekhar are very apt to the situations.

This is now 'Nim Anna Don' - go watch for an entertainment of two hours.
