His Friday release ‘Mathi Yosi’ has been evoking mixed response and reviews. But this has not stopped director Nanda Periasami from starting his next, which, he says, will go on floors very soon.

“My first film Oru Kallooriyin Kadhai was based on a college romance. My second movie Mathi Yosi is about four Madurai-based youngsters. And my third venture will revolve around the lives of women,” he says.

Throwing more light, Nanda Periasami adds: “the film is about how women get corrupted in the society. Though it is a risky topic, I am determined to make the movie an interesting one which would be liked by one and all.”

On ‘Mathi Yosi’, he says, “I am happy that the movie has witnessed a good opening all over the State. Tamil audience always support novel attempts and I am hopeful that they would make Mathi Yosi a mega hit.”
