Himalayas is all about heights. But Navya Nair's experiences there was all about lows.

Navya Nair, found herself in a spot of bother while shooting for Amirtham near Manasa Devi temple near Himalayas recently.

She was caught and quizzed by police while she was on her way to the temple near for the shooting of Amirtham, being directed by Kannan.

When Navya Nair was travelling in a van to the shooting spot, her vehicle was stopped by policemen for questioning. It is not clear what they were suspicious of, but they wouldn't let go off her.

Though she tried to explain that she was proceeding to the shoot and that she was an actress, she was detained for over an hour.

Finally the rest of the crew had to come to her rescue. After convinced that she is an actress, the police allowed her to leave.
