Lady Superstar Nayanthara was last seen on screen in the recently released thriller Kolaiyuthir Kaalam directed by Chakri Toleti, and the movie which also stars Bhumika, Prathap Pothen had faced multiple delays and postponements in release and turned out to be a failure.

Nayanthara will be seen next on screen in the movie Love Action Drama, her return to Malayalam films three years after the release of Puthiya Niyamam where she was paired with Mammootty. Love Action Drama is directed by debutant Dhyan Sreenivasan, son of actor Sreenivasan.

It has been announced that the teaser of Love Action Drama will be released by legendary actor Mohanlal and his son Pranav Mohanlal today online, at 7 PM. Love Action Drama has Nivin Pauly as Nayanthara's pair and the romantic comedy is shot mostly in Chennai. The movie also stars Dhanya Balakrishna and is set to release on Onam.
