Many eyebrows were raised when Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan chose an unknown name Chakri Toleti to direct his Unnaipol Oruvan` which went on to become a critically acclaimed hit film. The next jackpot for the director came in the form of directing Thala Ajith in Billa 2` which unfortunately bombed at the box office even though the slick making of the film was appreciated.

We hear from reliable sources that Chakri Toleti has approached Nayanthara for a woman centric action film to which the lady superstar has reportedly given her nod. This new film is said to have risky stunt sequences for Nayanthara and will begin shooting once she finishes her Sivakarthikeyan- Mohanraja project.
