Nayanthara released a statement on Saturday night thanking everyone for making 'GodFather' a grand success. The Lady Superstar, as she is called in Tamil Nadu, said that the political action drama is a humongous blockbuster. She put out the statement when the success event of the movie was going on at a star hotel in Hyderabad.

She described the team of 'GodFather' as wonderful. "It was a privilege to share the screen with Megastar Chiranjeevi garu once again. He is a gem of a person and a powerhouse performer," Chiru's co-star of 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy' wrote. "Every moment on set with him (Megastar) was nothing less than enriching," she added.

Thanking director Mohan Raja, Nayan said that Satya Priya (the name of her character in the movie) is a layered and complex character. "My director's belief in me made it possible to bring her to life," she wrote, going on to praise Salman Khan as well.

RB Choudary and NV Prasad, the producers of the film, also came in for praise.
