The ever-growing population list of Chennai would soon have one more addition. She is Neetu Chandra, the ‘Yaavarum Nalam’ actress, who hopes the Vishal starrer ‘Theeradha Vilaiyattu Pillai’ (‘TVP’) would fetch her more offers from the south.

For that, she has planned to buy a house in the southern metropolis. “I am shuttling between Chennai and Mumbai and I am in this city every second day. After the release of ‘TVP’, I believe I will have more reasons to come to Chennai very often,” she says.

“So I would like to buy a house here. I am looking out for a nice cosy home,” Neetu says and adds: “I started loving Chennai right from ‘Yaavarum Nalam’ days. Even before that I knew Chennai as a nice and warm place.”

On ‘TVP’, she says: “I have bettered my best in the film directed by Thiru. I have a lot of expectations of it. I had even shed a lot of weight just for one song. I hope my dedication to pay dividends.”

On her forthcoming projects, she says, “I have Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘Rann’, starring Amitabh Bachchan. My other projects are ‘Apartment’ with Jag Mundra, ‘No Problem’ with Anees Bazmee, ‘Sadiyaan’ with Raj Kanwar, ‘Love Jaisa Kuch’ with Vipul Shah and ‘Khusar Prasad Ke Bhoot’ with Paresh Rawal.”
