Udhayanidhi Stalin's upcoming movie is 'Nenjukku Needhi' which is the title of his grandfather Kalaigniar M Karunanidhi's autobiographical novel. The film is the Tamil remake of the sleeper Bollywood hit 'Article 15' which is directed by Arunraja Kamaraj and produced by Boney Kapoor and Zee Studios.

Udhay who is busy with his political work as an MLA and the youth wing leader of the DMK has now started dubbing for 'Nenjukku Needhi'. The film is in its final leg of postproduction and is expected to release in the first quarter of 2022.

'Nenjukku Needhi' has music by Dhibu Ninan Thomas, cinematography by Dinesh Krishnan and editing by Ruben. The film stars Udhayanidhi Stalin, Tanya Ravichandran, Shivani Rajasekhar and Aari Arjunan.
