Nirmala Seetharaman on Kamal's political entry and demonetisation views

This marks the end of one year since the centre announced its demonetisation strategy. At the time of its introduction, the move was welcomed by leading names including Rajinikanth and Kamal Hassan as well.

However, Kamal recently opined that the move has not proved useful and expressed his apologies for once supporting the demoetisation move. In a recent interview to presspersons, Defence Minister Nirmala Seetharamn has said that Kamal should wholly understand about demonetisation.

 Staing that the move has averted the pilfering of money by fraudulent people out of government schemes, Nirmala Seetharaman also welcomed the Ulaganayagan’s leap into politics.
