A bilingual film in Kannada and Telugu shot simultaneously Nithya Jothe Sathya` in Kannada, Nithya With Sathya in Telugu completed first schedule of shooting in Bhagyalakshmi Creations banner. Mallikarjuna Reddy from Andhra Pradesh is producer of this love cum suspense thriller starring Manish and Thejaswini.

Nagendra Prasad of three Telugu films has penned story, screenplay, and dialogues besides direction. Kalyan Swami is cameraman, Raghuram is music composer. Dynamic star Devaraj, Dinesh, Nivas, Asha and others are in the cast of this bilingual film.
