'Vishwaroopam-2' silently underwent Censor formalities on Friday.  It has got a UA.  Kamal Haasan's core team is planning to unveil its Trailer soon.

However, there is no clarity as to when the film will hit the screens.  Different reports are citing different months - April, May or even beyond.  This seems to be because of the uncertainty caused by the ongoing Kollywood shutdown.  Even film shoots have been indefinitely stalled.  It's said that the Trailer will be released only after the strike comes to an end.

A spy thriller, it also stars Rahul Bose, Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah, Shekar Kapoor, and Waheeda Rehman.  Music is by Ghibran.  The cinematography is by Sanu Varghese and Shamdat Sainudeen.
