No more hurdles for Superstar's 'Lingaa'

Team Lingaa` can breath better as the Madurai HC had dismissed the plagiarism case filed by Ravi Ratnam. The petitioner had said that the storyline of Lingaa` has been taken from his movie Mullai Vanam 999` and demanded a ban on the movie.

Early this morning, the Madurai High Court dismissed the case citing that there aren`t enough evidence from the petitioner and given its nod to release the movie without any restrictions.

Directed by K.S. Ravikumar, Lingaa` boasts Rajinikanth, Sonakshi, Anushka, and Santhanam in the lead roles. A.R. Rahman has scored the music and Vendhar Movies is releasing the movie across TN.
