"I took up my first film 'My Autograph' for direction out of desperation". I am taking my second film because of the inspiration I got for my first film from media, my team, parents and audience of Karnataka Sudeep explained to the media at his hotel Sarovar announcing the launch of 'No.73 Shanthinivas'.

The second film also focuses on the human relations. Chasing the big dream in life a human being tends to forget number of small yet very important happiness in life. Sudeep narrated the subject quickly even before any questions from the media were passed to him. From this film I am treating the audience in the theatre like children. The narration in the beginning is in the song format that explains the story in a nutshell. The maximum portion of shooting will be held in Madikeri. For 20 days with 60 persons help Dinesh Mangalore has worked on the set. All the other colleagues are taking initiative on their own to work in this film. This is going to be a tidy film for the family. Bharadwaj is scoring the music. The six songs for the film are written by K.Kalyan.

Veteran actor Srinivasamurthy who is playing the second generation head assured on behalf of Sudeep that there will be very good atmosphere to work in this film. I had seen the cozy atmosphere provided by Sudeep in 'My Autograph' he cleared the apprehensions in the mind of art director Dinesh Mangalore.

Master Hirannaiah, Anu Prabhakar, Arunkumar, Chitra Shenoy, Deepu are among the cast. Venkat is the cameraman.
