As reported already, Bigg Boss-Telugu contestant and filmmaker Nutan Naidu was on Friday arrested in Udupi. He has been wanted in a case related to the harassment of a Dalit youth. But his offence is not limited to this. Naidu, the Vizag police have discovered, has also been found to be impersonating PV Ramesh, the former IAS officer and top bureaucrat. He would pose as PV Ramesh and get things done on the phone. PV Ramesh has expressed shock over the revelation.

"Shocked to learn that a conman #NutanNaidu contacted officials and the public from a phone number, claiming to be PV Ramesh, Addl Chief Secretary to Chief Minister, demanding money and favours. This is not only a serious crime but also an affront to my impeccable integrity," PV Ramesh said. He added, "I appeal to all officials and the public to report any instance of contact from anyone claiming to be PV Ramesh / ACS 2 CM / any official from #CMO of AP seeking money/ favours / promise of the benefit of any nature to DGP / CP Vizag / to me 0863-2446641/ 42; 08447551234/ 089785 48686."

"Please disseminate this info. It should be a lesson to all conmen. We can’t let such criminal activities to flourish. Be a partner in the Mission to #EradicateCorruption in public life," Ramesh stated on Twitter.
