Director Stanley's Mercury Pookal is gearing up for a release. With Srikanth and Meera Jasmine in the lead, it is expectedly a romantic entertainer.

The movie has musical score by Karthik Raja and the audio cassette was released recently.

However the post-production works commenced, Karthik Raja could not be present for providing background score as he is away to abroad.

Stanley has now approached music-composer Bala Bharathy for the job.

It may be recalled that Bala Bharathy had scored music for the movie Amaravathy, which marked the entry of Ajith to Tamil filmdom.

The re-recording works have begun and would be completed soon.
