Yes we are talking about the tall, dark and handsome hero of ‘Malaikottai’, Vishal. He has entered into another field. No, don’t panic! He has not left films. What we are saying is that Vishal has entered into the world of film distribution as well.

Usually, it is very risky for one hero to distribute the films of another. Because, a film distributor can manipulate with a film’s fate. He can make it successful by giving it the right kind of publicity or can demote the film by employing cheap tricks.

If the distributor is a hero then he can do anything to damage the image of the hero’s film that he distributes, ‘if needed’. He can, by some cheap tricks like not sticking posters or by stop selling tickets, boycott the good running of any film.

But our man Vishal has boldly got into distributing films by purchasing the distribution rights for ‘Anjathey’ in Coimbatore. And not without a motive!

Vishal is contemplating on doing his next film with Mysskin, and what better way to know the director’s influence among the audience than distributing his films.
