Pankaj Tripathi joins the cast of Akshay Kumar's 'Bachchan Pandey'.

Akshay Kumar's upcoming film 'Bachchan Pandey'is already hyped up cause if its stellar cast. Now there's been another addition to the already star studded cast i.e., Pankaj Tripathi. He has made a name for himself by playing iconic roles lately. Pankaj will join the team as they gear up to begin filming from first week of January.

According to a Source close to the film, "It was Sajid Nadiadwala and Farhad Samji's idea to rope in Pankaj Tripathi for a pivotal role which will add a lot of humour to the storyline. It's a huge ensemble cast which will be shooting together for 90 days."

'Bachchan Pandey' is a remake of South Indian flick 'Veeram' and it stars Kriti Sanon, Jacqueline Fernandez and Arshad Warsi alongside Akshay and Pankaj Tripathi.
