The coming Sankranthi is going to be bigger than this year's Sankranthi, Tollywood observers are saying. With 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' and 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' smashing the BO with their scorching numbers, the film industry has turned highly optimistic. If early signs are anything to go by, January 2021 is going to see a bullish BO.

The Sankranthi week is likely to see the films of Mahesh Babu, NTR and Pawan Kalyan hitting the screens. Two of these are sure to happen, it seems. Mahesh's 27th movie, NTR's 30th outing and Power Star's 27th outing are in the pipeline.

May be, Allu Arjun's 20th movie too might target Sankranthi.

With Nandamuri Balakrishna signing out of Sankranthi ('Ruler' released in December), his film with Boyapati Sreenu is not expected to come. Prabhas' next is not scheduled for January 2021.
