As part of Movie Artistes' Association's Silver Jubilee celebrations, plays are being hosted at the Film Nagar Housing Society Complex in Hyderabad in these three days (Feb 16, 17, 18). The opening ceremony was graced by a few industry elders. Tanikella Bharani was felicitated on the occasion. The plays have been commissioned in commemoration of late 'Movie Moghul' Dr. D. Ramanaidu.

Tanikella Bharani and MAA President Shivaji Raja recalled the contribution of Ramanaidu to the film industry. They praised the efforts of D Suresh Babu and Victory Venkatesh in taking forward his legacy. MAA's General Secretary Naresh said that plays are like the mother of cinema.

The event was also attended by Venkatesh, director Teja, Paruchuri Gopalakrishna, Venkateswara Rao, Raghu Babu and others. Srikanth, Hema, Suresh Kondeti, and others were also present.
