Actress Oviya, who has been known for movies like Kalavani and had gained massive fan following post her participation in the inaugural season of Bigg Boss reality game show hosted by Kamal Haasan has now got herself into trouble due to her tweet.

On Saturday, Oviya had tweeted "Go back Modi", opposing the Indian prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Tamil Nadu. The PM had visited TN yesterday for launching various activities, and many had opposed his visit by trending the goback modi hashtag on social media.

Following Oviya's tweet, a BJP based advocate has filed a case against her with CBCID Crime branch police claiming that the actress' tweet would affect the peace and harmony and that she had defamed the PM who had been to the state, and demanded strong legal action against Oviya.
